FINALIST!!

I just found out that I'm a finalist in the Lion Brand Vanna's Choice Contest!! My Ziggy Hat made it to the final round of judging in the "Hats & Scarves" category and I'm ecstatic!! Now I have to send them the hat so they can finish the judging in person. Even if I don't get one of the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place prizes I'll still get a $25 gift certificate to Michael's just for sending it in.

I'll know by the end of May whether or not my hat kicked the other's hats butts, so send me your good thoughts and I'll keep you posted!!

A very big thank you to everyone who voted for my hat tags. I decided to change the background from black to white (mostly because it takes less printer ink) and to use all of them!

I designed these cards as tags to attach to my finished hats. I want to give people a better idea of who I am and what my business is all about. I took these pictures myself. The first one is of the river in my town after a big snow storm. The last 3 are of my husband skiing (technically speaking he was telemarking) and wearing a hat I made especially for him.

I'm so excited about my new look! Blogger revised how blogs can be customized and I love it!! I changed the page layout, added a wintery background to make you cold and thus want to buy my hats, and new pages for contact info, my designs, where you can find my hats, and more about me. What'd you think??
